Kingdom Tower Jeddah World's Tallest Building 2012 to 2017 Project

Kingdom Tower - Arabic: برج المملكة‎ Burj al Mamlakah‎ - previously known as Mile High Tower - Arabic: برج الميل - rendering first revealed on August 02, 2011 is considered to be to world's tallest building ever, world's largest building up to now as this jeddah kingdom tower is 1007m + 32850 ft high. Saudi Arabian Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal is the creator and the leader of this tallest building. He is the wealthiest Arab in the Middle East and nephew of King Abdullah as well as Talal is the chairman of Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) which is the largest company in Saudi Arabia.

On August 16, 2011 Kingdom Tower megastructure plans revealed and who is the architect behind this world's tallest building? Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill is the architect who designed the Kingdom Tower Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Kingdom Tower’s foundation was designed by UMile towerS company Langan and later on January 2012 work started on this highest tower and is assumed to be completed on 2017 taking 63 months that cost SR4.6 Billion equal to $ USD. The contract has been signed by Saudi Binladin Group (SBG).

It will be located along the Red Sea of Jeddah providing an extra-ordinary elegant view and will be the first structure to reach the one-kilometer mark. Earlier the Kingdom Tower was planned to be 1.6-kilometre (1 mi) high however unluckily the geology of the area proved unsuitable for a tower of that height.

Earlier Azerbaijan Tower is considered to be taller than Kingdom Tower who has tallest building in Baku the city of Azerbaijan’s capital and Burj Khalifa the tallest building in Dubai attracts too, but it seems that after the completion of Kingdom Tower Jeddah it will be the most beautiful from architectural perspective and most beautiful building seen ever.
